Certificate types and privacy

Training certificates
Issued for training programmes, workshops, educational modules, course completion, or capacity-building activities.
Public mode
Public records may include participant name, ORCID, certificate number, title, and public PDF link when publication is appropriate.
Private mode
Private records are verification-only and should not expose emails, phone numbers, addresses, or unnecessary internal identifiers.
